We work with "Continuous Improvement" principals and techniques as "Six Sigma" in order to achieve considerable cost savings by a pro-active detection of potential failures in the processes.

Production philosophy

Contrary to production companies in other regions of the world, BERCO can easily access the most advanced production technologies and the highest qualified personnel. We optimally use both in house specialists and outsourced, flexible skills, leading to a low cost structure. The principals of lean manufacturing are being applied on a daily basis. This leads to a higher productivity, a shorter put through time and lower operational costs. Specially created production cells for specific products are an important aid for this.
